Tropical villa for 4 persons with aircon - 2,900.00 pesos
                                        no aircon - 2,500.00 pesos

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons in 2 double beds
(60sqm of living area, air-conditioning in bedroom, hot and cold shower, fully furnished with kitchen, 2 burner stove, large fridge, television, DVD player)

Special Notes:
Rates are without Breakfast.
Check out time is 11am, late check out when available, is charged at 100.00 pesos per additional hour.
Check in time is from 1pm, early check in is possible when available.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights  

PAYMENT POLICY - A 50% down payment will be requested in order to secure the reservation. Deposits can be sent using Western Union, Kwarta Padala or Xoom.com.

Balance payment is due in CASH on arrival.
We accept Xoom payments for advance deposits only.

CANCELLATION POLICY - If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund half of your deposit. Any cancellation received within the 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

TRANSPORTATION:
One way transfers from and to Tagbilaran airport or ferry pier:
Car 1-3 persons: PHP 600.00     Minivan 4-8 persons: PHP 800.00

Amenities:
High speed wireless internet access, fan, extra fan available for rent, safety box, umbrella, daily cleaning service, barbecue grill available, private verandah with individual hammock.

Additional Villa Amenities:
Aircon and hot and cold shower. Kitchen equipped with Fridge, 2 burner stove and cooking utensils, Television, DVD player available upon request.

Boat trips, Island tours, Motorcycle or bicycle rentals, Massages, Pedicures and Manicures can be arranged upon request.
